Ø Performance of students is evaluated via sectionals, tests and examinations.

Ø We insist on the project work in the final year to sharpen intellectual power, to enhance grasping and understanding, and to attain `Ready to Employ’ status.

Ø We coach students in career development that consists of language proficiency, group discussion skills, basic level personality development techniques and in communication skills by written, verbal and non-verbal modes.

Ø Students are given training in extempore speaking as well as in public speaking, etiquettes and manners, dressing sense and confidence building.

Ø ‘Campus Recruitment’ by entrepreneurs at MIST is strongly encouraged.
